Good honest service, much better than the other AC company I used, that constantly tried to up-sell me with things i didn't need. The service agent Dejan Golkowski was a pleasure to talk and do business with, very professional and knowledgeable.

July 7, 2011 I highly recommend Hamstra due to their knowledge, impeccable credentials, and most of all their honesty. After being scammed recently by a different AC company, I was nervous about choosing another one, what with HVAC institutions getting multiple complaints from the public sector. Zach, the AC consultant, was professionial and courteous. I told him what I wanted in an AC unit and he printed out 3 different quotes for 3 similar styles. I got everything that I asked for and more! If I could give this company 10 stars, I would!

My air conditioning was not working very well at all and would not cool lower than 86. I panicked but thought to call Hamstra Heating and Cooling first because I had heard nothing but good things about this company. Being the peak of the summer season I thought they would be busy but they scheduled me an appointment sooner than I expected. The service Man Victor was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and he got my unit running perfectly. It is necessary to have a working AC unit in your house in Tucson in the hottest time of the year. I am so thankful for Hamstra Heating and Cooling to respond as quick as they did and get my house cool again! I will highly recommend them to anyone!

I had initially sought out a different company to install a heat pump etc, and was very displeased. Did a search on the Better Busines Bureau website and found Hamstra, and am so glad I did. Excellent service, excellent installation, excellent people, and very fair price. I've now put their number in my cellphone, and they will be who I call from here on out. I'm also now talking with them about a maintenance contract at my place of work.

I was working with another company to fix my AC unit and wasn't happy with their services. I decided to call Hamstra to get a second opinion, and am very glad I did! On the phone I spoke to the service manager and he was VERY helpful, explaining to me what might be wrong and discussing my options with me. He had a technician at my house within two hours! They were very professional and I felt valued as a customer. I will certainly do business with Hamstra again.
